A man, with a hang-loose, no iron mind, does not want to hear the finish of any sentence which begins with someone asking him for something…nor one which starts with HIM requesting something.
A man who does not want from other men, understands the nature of life. The material food cycle is instinctive and inescapable, while man’s mental one is imaginary and not mandatory for a few. (Viz: those who comprehend it.)
Extend virtue /assistance/acceptance/friendship/ forbearance to those who deserve it and those who do not as well – in the land of ideas.
Extend to both those who deserve it and those who do not, your virtue/assistance/acceptance/friendshipvirtue/assistance/acceptance/friendship/ forbearance, and anything else that your thoughts would automatically afford to the former. This will ultimately crack the nut.
Absorption in oneself is sleep. (That should read): absorption in ideas of oneself is sleep. Note, you cannot be unprofitably absorbed in yourself physically, (that is, as regards instinctive matters), only detrimentally absorbed in ideas concerning yourself. (“But hey! I’m the center of my universe.”) Yeah, yeah, and Hey also, please note: being so mentally is what keeps you stupid and confused. Nothing that men say interests them, (beyond the physical basics of staying alive), will stand close scrutiny.
