Unruly is one;
Dachshunds-don’t-herd is another.
Being asleep and unenlightened is not a state or condition, but rather is a state of being unaware of your condition – which is one of not knowing what is going on while pretending that you do.
Being asleep is not as much being a dunce
as it is in not realizing that you are one, (in mental understanding – since everyone understands everything
about the physical side of life quite well, thank you!)
If you are ordinary, being asleep is a particular mental condition in which you must live, wherein you are not aware that ordinary men must live in a particular mental condition. (Early myths and histories tell of man being commonly visited by spirits, but they were not supernatural beings, they were his initial thoughts.)
Being asleep and confused is a matter of inner residence; it is living one door down from yourself.
