People concerned that this-or-that-tradition may die out, are already unwitting reverberations of its death knell. That which is alive lives, and that for which life has run out – cannot be resurrected.
Most men’s conscious life is like a pilot for a show that never gets made.
You cannot be both asleep and intelligent – ‘cause if you were smart you would realize that you do not know what “being asleep” is. No one in Rome knows the capitol of Italy.
All non-essential thinking is the search for origins. All thinking is ultimately the search for where thinking comes from. The want to enlighten your consciousness is the desire to understand the basis of your consciousness.
A man who seriously says: “I think so-and-so,” has no idea what thinking is.
All personal tastes regarding things in the second reality are meaningless – equally irrelevant concerning other people. Consciousness is always hungry, and being-asleep is the few’s insurmountable dissatisfaction with the fare normally provided.
