Neurons are the Real Revolutionists

Neurons are the universe’s true revolutionists, in that they are always looking at the larger rather than the smaller.  Man, (who appears to be a rebel only via his association with neurons as their lackey), will just as quickly never turn his attention to things smaller than his neurons.  For example, men study and fiddle around with things much smaller than themselves on the cellular/neural level, while neurons only spend their energy on things larger than themselves.

Humans foremost must completely overtake their native planet, before they can expand their control over his planet totally.  After that they can, and are beginning to, extend their grasp to worlds beyond.  Of passing interest, and to give the little darlings their due, is the fact that neurons have motivated man to turn his attention to some things smaller than himself – cells for instance.  An activity that, surprise! surprise, just happens to result in a better life for cells.

Neurons as revolutionists are also in a league of their own, in that they have managed to keep their activity completely unknown to the status quo supporters of the territory in which they live and operate.  Man, (macroscopically speaking), and no other insurgency in the history of this planet, has been able to accomplish such a feat.  None have ever even contemplated its possibility.

Think about it: a revolution has been going on uninterrupted in a place for many thousands of years, without the nominal ruling power having any suspicion.  Can man really be so dense?    Can neurons be that clever?

Neurons, in practice, have a slave labor force which toils enthusiastically and without complaint, never realizing that its efforts are on another’s behalf.  Even should they: on what righteous basis could they complain…in light of the incomparable benefits they have enjoyed from the arrangement.
