Those who claim they see in life, “Something significant going on” haven’t a clue as to what is going on.
Nothing is “going on”…Which is why men make up stuff that they pretend is going on.
Without talk, nothing even seems to be going on, and to be free from talk is,
(for the first time), to have a clear, direct view of what is actually taking place.
More regarding the few being sub-divided into the ordinary-few & the few-few: believe it or not, but the move from ordinary-few to few-few is even greater than your original one from ordinary to ordinary-few…The main challenge now is that you’ve gotta get over the idea that, up until now, you’ve been anything exceptional…No doubt that the ordinary-few are not the same as the plain “ordinary,” (but they’re still hardly worth changing your underwear for, if they come to visit.)
To believe that there are “answers” to your questions is to be forever saddled with questions…To finally realize that the source of all questions is the same as that of all answers, (and, in fact, they are no different than the questions) is to finally gain your sight & find your way out of the house.
The ordinary-few wanna be brilliant, and recognizable: the few-few just want
“Outta here” – away from everyone with questions.
Strong suggestion: don’t let anyone with questions visit you …in fact,
even any relative with a quizzical look on their face should be shot…(Avoided)… Declared persona ala garbage.
A man writes to ask: “Every time I now pick up a book, I nearly gag, is this promising?
As long as you talk, you’ll believe in “knowledge & understanding,” and will thus, never understand anything….While there is nothing to understand, as long as you’re talking, you’ll never realize this obvious-ness.
No stupid or unproductive act is ever committed without the presence of talk: to some, all words amount to but one word, “Clumsy”.
Only the physical world can be “understood” (in an fashion) – the non-physical, never …It is a totally contrived world being studied by a totally contrived student. Those who believe that within man’s inner life there is anything to be understood, all forever remain without understanding, in the dark, locked in the house.
If there was anything within man to be “understood,” it certainly could not be realized thru words, since talk is the completeness of his inner life.
The first god said: “Let there be talk” & when his follow-up finally appeared, he said: “Now, let there be silence.”
To seek entry into one “School of Freedom” it was required that you have sex, a good nap, and your fill of your favorite food immediately before your appointment to fill out an admissions application.
Only the ordinary-few say: “Tell us how to live! – tell us how to behave!” – all the few-few want to know is: “What the hell’s with all this any way?!?”
First voice says: “Don’t listen to me.”
And 2nd voice replied: “I’m not — listening to me!”
And first voice says: “Then let me change what I said: don’t listen – period!”
And 2nd voice replies: “Ahh! I believe I’m now getting what you mean!”
“Not so,” said the first voice, ” not as long as you continue to talk with me about it.”
People with questions, “Talk too much”…which some of you by now may realize is why they have questions in the first place.
Words will never comprehend that, for them, understanding is not possible. Since theirs (and mans’) total conception of understanding consists solely of words.
A man not physically ill has not a single problem that would not immediately disappear, did he stop talking.
The ordinary-few look to their inner life for their enlightenment & ultimate realization, while the few-few have discovered that there is nothing in there to be realized: it initially seems as though there is a student and the subject, but the student is the subject he unknowingly attempts to study:
a man cannot be both a book & the person reading the book…(and to top it off, the book is an illusion).
While there is no “magic” in words, there certainly can be in their absence! Ask yourself: “How many things in life are at the best when not present?!?” (“You mean, including myself?!” Asked one lad.)
Final tip: if you’re talkin’ — you’re just askin’ for trouble! -those who continue believe that there something to be verbally understood, will never understand.
