All “claims” are local, all “reputations” (i.e., subsuming claims) are universal and locals can’t hear universals. There’s no basis for any claim; therefore the need for apparent external authority.

Havoc is not just over the horizon, it overlaps the 3-d world, but it is not all so unpleasant as the name implies.

Anything in the Secondary Level World that can make you mad, is better than you are. A hostile man cannot be intelligent; it is the minimum level of operation for a man.
The Primary Level World has no memory except for the hormonal, which is totally self-serving memory. Secondary Level World memory is more than self-serving.
The Neural Revolutionist is like a secret bombastic attempt at revenge; note however that revenge is only revenge-known.
Modern man cannot dance w/o also singing (Secondary Level World add-on), but w/o singing there would be no dancing. W/o everybody having their own little way of doing things, no things would be done.
