Kyroot to :14. Men are more inclined to struggle over, suffer discomfort over facts than acts. There more people think, the more opportunity for them to think of each other. E.g., daytime soap operas are exclusively built around the activity of talk: psychodrama vs. Red Circuit epic. There is an efficiency to this: if energy exchange could still be based strictly on the physical, i.e., armed conflict, then one party could effect a conclusion in the exchange, which would be counterproductive to Life’s growth.
Secondary Level World struggle is literally endless. In the struggle over facts everybody finds everybody else’s facts unacceptable. The unnoted reason: facts don’t exist! Thus men verbally abuse each other over flaws which cannot be cured. Note that men can more easily tolerate offensive acts than they can offensive facts.

All “problems”

If you discover a fact that seems to lead to yet another fact, and you think this gives unusual importance to the first fact, then you don’t have your facts straight yet.

In one City,

On this one certain curious planet
(I say “curious” just to exercise and keep current my literary license)
the children have a sing-song they chant as they
skip seriousness – I mean, skip rope.
It goes like this:
“The thin behind
Have this rhyme;
‘The avant garde
Run on lard,
While the weighty ahead
Live in dread’.”
(Hey, what’da kids know!)

One guy was so quick at naming things and locking them into good, confining concepts,

A viewer writes to say how much he enjoyed my mention
of that world where they allowed men to unconditionally
defend themselves against all charges and complaints
with the comment, “My hormones made me do it,” and he says
he assumes this includes all possible human acts save intellectual;
(Now wait, don’t get so harsh on the guy, after all,
[now repeat after me] “His hormones made him assume that.”)

After hearing about the man who’d always say, “sic”
before he spoke,
this one guy said it might be neat if he did the same thing right before he thought..
(“That is” he said, “I mean, you know, like if I ever get around to thinking about something.”)

(I say, there seems to be
a misprint here;
that’s not “army,” it should say,
“A class of creatures
is certainly suspect.”)

turns out to always be
“curious and coincidental.”

felt the significance of this Revolutionist activity
when he suddenly realized that no matter who you are,
where you live, what you think, or who dresses you–
that EVERYbody’s bar mitzvah’d in a suit that LIFE provided.

there’s only one by which to dial the phone for a wrecker.”
(The kid thought on this for a while,
then drifted off to sleep).

Upon first hearing those lines,

what an unashamed uncovering of human emotion,
what a treasure trove of cosmic pig-shit.”

One inward-glancing ole sore head
mumbled something or other to me
while we were standing by a baklava cart near the park,
I asked him to repeat it, and he turned to walk away,
and I reminded him that if he did so,
this Kyroot would get incompleted,
and apparently my mangling of the King’s English annoyed him
just enough that he stopped and re-mumbled his comments
at least a bit louder this time;
what he had said was this,
“If sex was ANY more fun
I’m almost sure I wouldn’t deserve it.”
