Kyroot to :12. All human performer/audience interactions must begin with a positive feedback, i.e., the audience must be “won over”, based on the performer doing the expected. He must make the audience like him, not his material. If any radically new info is to be presented it must be accompanied by the old, the hackneyed.. The new w/o the old is perceived as insulting to the audience. The attempt to win someone over to This Thing is an attempt to win them over to the material, not the performer.
A “present”: all of man’s reasons for doing what he does follow the need for those things being done. “Facts follow acts”. ‘Acts’ (aims) are silent and swift; ‘facts’ (explanations for act’s prudence and necessity) are always verbal and timely (they even have an infinity of time, i.e., no limitation). Acts are permanent, irrevocable (limited by time), whereas facts may change. The longer debated and removed the fact from its action, the harder it is for it to justify the act, for its cogency to continue unflagged; it almost becomes irrelevant.
The unnoted reason for this: there are no reasons for the original act (and all other human activity!). Note how men are wont to denigrate one another’s reasons/facts/ideas; to dislike them on the basis of facts since no fact can ever be acceptable (because there is no reason prior to the act). When a fact is satisfying to everyone, it is immediately forgotten; it drops from the general ferment of life as its energy is grounded out.

“In that case
he wasn’t all that great anyway.”

“I became a lawyer because I couldn’t stand the sight of injustice.”
and the third one added,
“I became a priest because I couldn’t stand the sight of life.”
