Kyroot to :12. Adversaries always have the same aim initially, which then becomes switched, confused with the means. Only the Real Revolutionist can have a real aim; to think w/o necessity of a competitor. What if in the major pursuit of the mind of men, the search for “truth”, it exists in a place where men have never looked and cannot look – i.e., where there is no non-truth. The only way to arrive is to recognize the place; which is to know you’re not where you were, that you’re not at where the truth is not. One cannot have an aim w/o distinguishing it from the anti-aim. There are two forms of competition: primary and secondary. Secondary is not less real or necessary than the primary.

Metaphorical expressions of transcendental seeking, e.g., mountains = mountains; mountains = more than mountains; mountains = mountains again, are taken as very satisfying conclusions, as expressions of ultimate insight…but for the Real Revolutionist this is just the point of departure. For the Real Revolutionist the final “mountains” leaves it all behind so that the “mountains” can now speak to him w/o intermediation of the metaphor process. All institutions are metaphors. The Real Revolutionist can have a dialogue with Life itself unmediated by any agency.

Header: NEARLY NINETY-FOUR PERCENT OF MOST THINGS
HAVE SEVEN SIDE EFFECTS

Around two-thirty one afternoon, one guy said to his partner, “You know, I believe that part of our closeness comes from us sharing the same brain.” And his other half exclaimed, “SHARE! Who said anything about share?!”

One city gave out awards – it didn’t do any good,
but they gave them out anyway.

One ole man, who had apparently been rather harsh in his “ole-manning”, told the kid, “Son, I know I’ve laid on you pretty hard about not suffering the secondary sufferings and whining, but we gotta face the facts – everybody’s human – so let me say that if you do have problems that are so strong you just can’t ignore them, at least do this, only acknowledge them as they leave – not as they arrive.”

It’s not nice to mis-use the word “accidentally”.

As one of my imaginary cohorts used to say: “once you ‘know-the-score’ the erst of the game is a snapper-roo.”

The way things stand now, in a race between analog and digital – don’t bet.

Over in another City a guy told me that sometimes when he was about to have real exciting, dangerous thoughts he’d say to himself, “You know, I shouldn’t be telling you this…”

One king confided to me that he’d have those “secret brain smiles” forbidden if he knew they existed.

From the several religions available on this certain planet
one was selected for each individual on the basis of a
childhood allergy test.

Perhaps these shows are having some salutary effect on viewers as one man writes to say that he is now able to look upon his own “undesirable thoughts” as simply “commercial interruptions” to his normal programming.

One fellow’s most serious prayer (used no more than once a month) was: “Oh Lord, make me tender and compassionate so that I may be better known in Indianapolis.”

One middle aged, sized and angered man offered the following explanation for his life: “My brain has such astounding thoughts that the rest of me simply couldn’t keep up.”

In one kingdom they still like to tell of the one guy who “vile potential” was such that no house was one of “ill repute” until HE visited it.

Nearly ninety-four percent of most things have seven side effects.

Being human is not necessarily a fatal flaw…
(unless, of course, you plan to CONTINUE along such lines.)

A man who had, as he put it, been experiencing some “personal difficulties” with life, when told of the alternative of death had this question – “Who pays?”
That upon which men might decisively agree can never be discussed.

This morning’s note from one of my City Irregulars says,
“No possession is worth having if you don’t resent it.”

The Bureau of Minds And Bridges received a letter from a man seeking to “Copyright all his thoughts lest someone try to set them to music after he goes to sleep.”

One chap had tattooed on his forehead,(as close to his frontal lobes as reporters were allowed at that time), “Ring Bell For Service”…..
(No explanation given – none required.)

The kinds of guys who have to tell you “what kinda guy they are” are the kinds of guys who’ll never realize what kinds of guys all the guys really are.

This one state once had a king who said that “his only concern was for the people” and “he would be directed only by their will”. He was seen as being too weak and was quickly overthrown. Their next ruler proclaimed that his interests “were supreme” and that “the desires of the people were irrelevant”. He too was soon dispatched. As it turned out, their absolute favorite sovereign proved to be the next one who said almost nothing, and who for the most part usually seemed distracted.

An ill tempered map is not a travelin’ map.

While walking along the edge of a cliff this guy thought, “To one side of me is the cliff and to the other is the non-cliff, but anyone seeing me here would say I was treading along the edge of the cliff, not the non-cliff. Hmmm, this is most interesting, perhaps I’ll ponder it later, but not right now since such thinking seems to make me dizzy.”

One of the old man’s kids took to running the neural side streets shouting, “Viva Libertas.” (The Civil Code continued to provide brain barricades to assure generational stability.)

Even a man from a foreign country can put catsup on his problems.

Another viewer writes to tell me, “I don’t care what you say – the world’s still not big enough for me AND everybody else.”

The answer to all secondary problems lies in their reversal.

One guy became so adroit at City habits that he could wring his hands never taking them from the pockets of his trousers.

When he didn’t know what to say this one guy would say, “I don’t know what to say.”
(Such manifest obviousness will not necessarily influence the Nobel Committee.)

Kings take vacations only in fairy tales.

One father-type said to his child-type, “Trying to continually entertain another can drive one crazy.” And later, while investigating a chocolate fudge dance routine, the kid thought, “If that don’t explain a lot, I don’t wanna hear no more.”

On one world they have a legend that says no man actually had an individual aim unless it was one he found somewhere that no one else claimed, or seemed to want, and one that he can take with him anywhere he goes….and talk about.

When things would seem to be getting dangerously spooky and out of control, this one guy would take a threatening tone to his brain and say, “Okay, I’ve told you before and I’ll warn you again, if “I go”, I’m taking you with me.”

One guy keeps all his best thoughts in a safe deposit box out of town….
(“just in case”, he says, “just in fucking case.”)

Any word without a synonym shouldn’t be used.

On a certain adolescent sized planet, after much discussion, gunfire and voting, the inhabitants established for themselves a world-wide working motto which was, “If You’re Mad – Too Bad.”

Being dumb, I mean really dumb, is like being ugly without a mirror.

And let it finally be noted: The less said the…………
