Kyroot to :09. What could anyone make of all ritual and ceremony, all nationalism, psychoanalysis and delivery/presentation of the news, if they were not forced to take these seriously? Wouldn’t they be taken as little more than very elaborate jokes? Those who participate in such Secondary Level World seriousness cannot laugh about it; Primary Level World equivalent activity (e.g,, a farmer) can laugh about his activity. Local matters seem serious. The further an activity is from the Primary Level World past and Secondary Level World present/future, the more it must be taken seriously.
Those who want power should take power. This was true in the Primary Level World past but Secondary Level World people must solicit power thru an electorate thereby limiting their exercise of power thru submission to and concern for the electorate opinion. There is still an unseemliness to this Secondary Level World reality of solicitation of power. The Real Revolutionist cannot solicit power to overthrow the Life-produced internal electorate/gov’t; he must take power.

Incendiary device that first
Lit up, then
Destroyed his own, old laboratory.

One of the most critical connections a man has with an ordinary existence is his interface with seriousness.

Besides all that,
you need to remember
that if you’re gonna
survive in the City;
The sillier it is
the more serious you gotta take it.)

Now here’s one for you;
I knew this guy who when finished
Writing certain letters.
Would seal them up in the envelope
Only to immediately open it,
Then re-seal it in a manner that
Made it quite obvious it had been once already opened,
Then he would send it right along
For the recipient’s benefit.
(I have reason to believe
He would also do this Verbally.)
