Kyroot to :09. The natural progression in This Thing: initial view of things is as isolated, local and personal; then things are seen as connected and universal. The next stage beyond is to see things as co-incidental, unconnected, simply present. Unconnected info has no opposite, is not supported by its antithesis; it is not polarized and therefore irreversible, without any “because”. Even Zen koan solutions are based on a realization of nonconforming, non-logical and unexpected connectedness of all things. This is still a step short of the next stage: all is absolutely unconnected (although of a piece).

Everybody has an unconscious rudimentary knowledge of this lack of connection in the unavoidable feeling that nothing can be predicted, causality does not hold between a statement of fact and the subsequent fact. Yet Life forces men to constantly pay homage to prediction/facts by making them operate contrary to their cellular knowledge of the error of prediction. E. g., everybody knows education is no answer for crime/poverty (because the aim and the means are unrelated, incommensurate; “you can’t get there from here”) yet all endlessly invoke its efficacy.

Prayer/ritual is known incompetent. (because unconnected with the prayed-for) but men still believe in its power. The initial freedom bestowed by This Thing is in the realization of the non-personal nature of all offending events. The next further step: the even greater release of realization of the unconnected simultaneity of everything.

It would seem that consumerism
And truth-in-advertising
Is reaching into areas truly unexpected
Such as with a certain notable soothsayer
Who now declaims,
“I know all that has been,
And strongly suspect what is to be…”

In a strictly revolutionist sense, A man who tried to be your friend Wouldn’t try to be anything else.

That which SEEMS inevitable Is – guess what?…
…and Kyroot said:
The horizon between here and there is infinitely extensive.
…and Kyroot said:
A man who can quote many others from memory Can quote many others.
…and Kyroot said:
The most propitious arrangement is To have a hero when you’re
Young and dumb
And can best afford it.
…and Kyroot said:
One voice declared,
“No man can complete what men have begun.”,
And his Partner replied,
“You think that’s something,
Groove on this:
No man can BEGIN what men have begun.”
…and Kyroot said:
Most of the reports are exaggerated …(But if they weren’t,
no one would pay them any mind.)
…and Kyroot said:
One man who might prove interesting to meet, Is he I overheard say,
“A mirror was my mother.”
…and Kyroot of said:
Local reality is “Thing-specific” as
The universal is processional.
…and Kyroot said:
Another guy’s final words were, “Say look,
these are gonna have to be my final words.”
…and Kyroot said:
If you know
What you’re doing
You don’t have to
Think about what you’re doing.
(Oh sure,
I know that some of you Already know that,
But some of you aren’t From around here.)
…and Kyroot said:
Man’s voice is one of qualifiers;
No “plain-speak’ is possible in secondary circumstances.
…and Kyroot said:
One gentleman summed it up this way, “Any one who wants to reminisce
Should do so on their time,
not mine.”
…and Kyroot said:
A belief in cause-&-effect, and the connectedness-of-things helps hold down

…and Kyroot said:
Once you have an
Around the clock recollection
That all movement,
Both Primary and Secondary,
That all movement,
Both of matter and energy
Causes friction
You can then smartly file away
The “problem of friction”
Once and for all
Under “Fuck It”.

A man’s thinking
comes in installments;
(Need we comment on the
reliability and efficiency of the Postal Service?)
…and Kyroot said:
Although from one ken
Everything’s close together, It’s not TOO close.
…and Kyroot said:
Like the manhole cover; Only UN-connected info
can never fall back through itself.
…and Kyroot said:
“Just think”,
Said one ole burr head
Over near the reservoir,
“If we COULD actually
‘Learn from other peoples’ mistakes’
We wouldn’t have to HAVE other people.”
..and Kyroot said:
In one Revolutionist’s lexicon
the word, “coincidental” is synonymous with “un-connected.”
..and Kyroot said:
In the Secondary world Even the lack of passion Is an emotion.

Of one well publicized man
On a convoluted planet
‘Twas said that his
“Mere absence”
“Take your breath away”.
…and Kyroot said:
No variety is sufficient unless
it is greater than the variety that preceded it.
…and Kyroot said:
“0.k., kids,
On your mark;
Go: –
And the last one to think of it is a rotten egg.”
…and Kyroot said:
You only have”one last chance”, and the cute thing about it is
that it’s never the one you think it is.
…and Kyroot said:
Any poet given to
Opening lines such as,
“Oh Death”,
“Oh Fame”,
“Oh Heartache”, or
“Oh anything”,
Is not a good credit risk.
…and Kyroot said:
May we not enjoy the pleasure
Of my quoting of another of
The road-side-philosophers I often encounter? –
One of them
Last week noted,
“The benefits of a bad memory
Are far too numerous to note
Even could I recall them.”
…and Kyroot said:
Even the personally discovered “truth” that is astounding
eventually becomes tiresome – that is, Fif you know what you’re doing.
…and Kyroot said:
Everything predicted in the City Has all. READY come true.

In another galaxy
on a mid-sized world
with certain specific, literate – ergo, intellectual interests,
it has been decreed that,
“All antonyms will be believed to rhyme with
the words they are opposite to in meaning.”
(To say that the latent
application of this is prodigious
is simply to interfere with saying it is
SUPER prodigious.)
