The Wet Brain (WB) is the core of the brain itself and connected to PL/primary level activity. The Dry Brain (DB) is an add-on, more recent unction connected to SL/secondary level activity—one specific purpose: verbalizing aspects of WB movement in very specific ways; e.g., death itself vs. talk of death. DB functions like a kind of “tolerant map” of WB movement, an extending, softening: rationalizing. DB acts like a kind of polite, kindly intermediary, an instructor to the WB.

The reality behind concept of subconscious mind is that the WB activity never stops, outstripping the DB’s ability to talk/think, while it still has an awareness of the extent of WB activity. DB activity is an attempt to change the chemical makeup of the WB.
Actual PL activity is wet, literally pliable; SL activity is literally dry, brittle. Withal, as in all premise-less info, the reverse is true as well: PL is brittle, not adaptable whereas SL is adaptable over a wide range since non-essential.

WB has a bipolar structure (off/on) and the DB has its verbal counterpart (yes/no). At the individual level, struggle as the WB threshold usually draws blood; the DB threshold seldom does. Again the reverse is true. Apparently wars are over ideals, at the group level, but the WB is the real actor in all DB conflict. This is the basic structure of TD. Biological wet-chemical flow = thinking.

Just because something is serious for you doesn’t mean it has to be grave;
that which may be prime, vital,

dreadful, or deadly.
