All power is local. There is a planet where all power is local; talk won’t change anything there except the speaker. Power must be local, immediate and for oneself. Thus on that planet nobody can ‘help’ anybody else. The RE/Real Explorer must be able to take a notion like this, an impossible, inapplicable idea or thinking on earth and somehow force it into 3-d action. All concepts of true and false have no ultimate basis from one planet to another.
Questions of what is true here have no applicability elsewhere; what is true here is meaningless, moot on another planet. Knowledge won’t travel…all power is local. Mere movement in space is sufficient to change true to false; e.g., gravity truth/reality on earth is false on moon. Ordinary intelligence accepts this where physics is involved but can’t accept it otherwise. Such reveals a limitation in man’s ability to measure reality.
Re: planet where they deal with issues as they arise, this is a form of concern for conserving D-force. New, cogent, explanatory theories, scientific breakthroughs which have temporary widespread impact, is Life ‘testing’ itself thru the intellect of man to see if it can assimilate such radical info. E.g., socio-biology (genetics control all).
