The Abnormally Slick Mind Procedure

In any case, a man’s self-image is a fragile thing, not to be trifled with and subjected to abuse.  It is nothing less than proper and extremely important that it be protected, so if that is what consciousness is doing by its relentless replays of past psychological blows he has suffered, then by gawd:  “Three cheers for consciousness!”

Ask yourself this: “Do I want to safely be my uninvited mental image of me, or do I irresistibly hunger for something else…in fact, damn near anything else?  If so, then you are a candidate for the Abnormally Slick Mind Procedure, available to you in the privacy of your own home, (head).    Not nineteen ninety-nine, not even nine ninety-nine, but none ninety-nine! That’s right, at absolutely no cost to you, (assuming you have the correct value assessment of that shadowy and shifty image of a make believe you that haunts the mental house you were born into).

To pursue this aim properly, by using subtraction rather than addition, and to institute a life of profitable poverty, you cannot continue, (as would normally be normal), to allow things – anything – to stick to your thoughts.  Any thought that appears which you have already thought before is slime, and serves no purpose other than to re enforce your mind’s sliminess.

The few’s view is obstructed by the mold that has set in on consciousness.  You are trying to cook fresh food in a pan covered in gobs of leftover scraps from yesterday’s meal.  You are trying to run on feet afflicted with blisters and scabs from previous outings.  You are simply straining to see clearly anew, but using eyes/I’s that are riddled with cataracts caused by the repeated blows of incessantly replayed scenes and words that your consciousness has forced itself to watch and listen to.  But by undertaking a thorough and persistent investigation of this matter, consciousness can be led in another direction.  Consciousness is no fool, and when it can be shown how foolish it is acting, it becomes, (in the few), highly embarrassed and disposed to change its behavior.

Strip your thoughts of all unnecessary activities.  The mind will never cease to be active, but with a certain inborn desire, and perseverance, you discover a great, great SECRET!
