In the thought-only world — nothing works;
for something to do any work it must cause something else to move,
and since in this realm — there is nothing there —
there is nothing to be moved —
thus – nothing works.

Man has obtained his position of supremacy on this planet by virtue of him being able to do work — by making physical things move;
thus has he extended his life, and made it more comfortable;
in this realm, he knows when something works for he can see it move
(either directly or via technological measuring);
in his intangible inner world does man, via thought, also gauge things to move through the mental work he thereto applies;
he cannot literally see things move, and thus thereby it be proven his efforts worked,

but he thinks that they do —
(savor the sweetest of that: he thinks that his thinking works in the realm of thought).

Normally wired brains & programmed minds think that a change in thinking about some thought-only matter has significance,
and effects substantial change in the thinker’s mental life,
and on Blackbeard’s boat, nary a negative word a’gin the captain is to be heard
(“’Tis good to be despot!” think all despots — without the need to say so),
and neither does ordinary thought have any need, nor occasion to objectively consider the tenor of its kingdom in light of the fact that it be not only its creator,
but also its sole inhabitant;
men do not move themselves around —
— not unless they can be in two physical spots at the same time,
and neither can their thoughts move around, change, improve, reform and enlighten other thoughts who they think need such — but thoughts can think they have done so, and that what they did — did work.

A man with normal mental sight is forced to agree,
since no further, can he see.
Ordinary people think that a change in what ordinary people call,
“the important areas of man’s thinking” (such as his religious allegiance)
is of fundamental significance in his life:
that converting from one’s family religion to a foreign one is one of the most serious acts a human can execute, and that doing so will have a profound and permanent effect on one’s life — on his physical one — maybe,
(if his observed Holy day shifts and different rituals are introduced),
but a change in his mental (what they call, spiritual) life? — no,
but the wiring of the routine mind does not allow this view to penetrate;
if a man mentally changes from religion X to religion Y,
or switches his political-paradigm loyalty from party A to party B
or his economic-theory support from free-market-this to planned-fiscal-that —
nothing has actually occurred —
nothing has happened in his mind — (soul, spirit, or anywhere else in man
that you cannot see, which his mind has declared as in him);
nothing got moved — there was never anything in there to get moved.

(Jack Frost pushing around The Great Pumpkin).

When ordinary minds say that, by their acceptance of this or that thought,
they have been utterly altered — forever changed — so they have — to that mind,
but nothing of any measurable, substantial, or meaningful consequence has occurred — not from the experiential perspective of a man who unnaturally realizes
what is going on in there.

If your desire is to gain a sight not standard nor restricted,
no better place be there to begin than to dive into as deep an investigation as is possible for you into the matter today initially stated:

In the thought-only world — nothing works;
for something to do any work it must cause something else to move,
and since in this realm — there is nothing there —
there is nothing to be moved —
thus – nothing works;

only he who understands this
has something working in that sphere.
